Let’s Make Like Jermaine Jackson And Get Serious

Okay, so we’re going to start making a more concerted effort to update this blog, as it’s been sitting dormant even as we get in TONS of awesome records. How silly of us! Just peeking around cursorily, I’m seeing Mike Huckaby’s brand new EP of killer reel edits of classic Sun Ra tracks, Bruce Haack’s Way-Out Record For Children, Sly & The Family Stone’s Greatest Hits and Stand!, Herbie Hancock’s Inventions And Dimensions, and Peter Criss’ Kiss-era solo LP (well, y’know…). These are just random examples among tons of recent used arrivals, as well as a significant smattering of new LPs and reissues. To put it concisely: our inventory is at a peak right about now. Come search!

BTW: our recent hire Arwulf (of WCBN’s Face The Music fame) will soon be updating this blog with info about our ever-more-organized classical and traditional jazz sections. Hopefully, he’ll be offering buckets from the deep well of knowledge and historical insight he’s become known for in his 30+ years on WCBN! Keep checkin’ back (or follow us, if you’re down with that style)…
